Homeowners Oversight Committee

A Homeowners Oversight Committee has been started that will address all the issues for the community to ProComm and the Board and ensure our voice is heard in the HOA.

The 4 main objectives for the committee are:
1 - Homeowners will know who to contact.
2 - Documentation will be kept on all homeowner issues and problems.
3 - Homeowners will know where to attain information.
4 - All homeowner issues are addressed and followed through.

The representatives are:  Tina Langlais and Jennifer Jackson from the Ridge, Nancy Moll and Eugene Quinn from the Mesas.

Below is a link to the Ridge and Mesas website, setup with all the information and contacts for the HOA and homeowners committee. Please look through the documents and financial information provided.

The most important document is the “Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions”.  It provides all the rules for homeowners including, membership fees, assessment fees, duties of the Board of Directors and homeowner regulations.

A couple of things that will be enforced by ProComm that have been overlooked in the past:
  1. No parking on the street
  2. Trash cans must be stored out of sight (garage)
  3. Landscaping must be kept to the standard of the community
When a homeowner has an issue please contact a committee representative so the issue can be taken care of immediately.  Should someone contact Juanita personally please email or phone a representative so they can document the issue and follow up with Juanita to ensure your issue is being addressed.

The committee is in touch with Juanita 4-5 times a week following up and addressing all issues.  ProComm is doing the things that were addressed at the HOA board meeting and the committee will continue to ensure ProComm follows through on all homeowner issues.
